We've been working hard with the University of Leicester Pole Fitness Society to develop a workshop for their members. We're incredibly excited to be working with a group that promotes alternative ways for everybody to get active and enjoy healthy, positive relationships with our bodies.
You don't need pole or yoga experience to attend. This specially designed workshop will provide you with the tools you need to work on your awareness of the body in space (proprioception), increase range of movement and flexibility without injury, improve core strength and build shoulder stability. Ultimately you will leave feeling chilled, connected with your body and confident to take your practice to the next level.
