Each month, 10% of our profits are donated to a local, community-based charity (check out our ethos here). However, as our weekly classes are currently still on-hold, this month we're going to be raising some extra money for charity in a different way...
I'm OutRunning May for Macmillan Cancer Support!
I've set myself a challenging target of running 105 miles throughout May - that's more than the combined distance of 4 marathons! - in the hope of raising £204, the amount needed to fund a Macmillan nurse for the day. As I make my way towards this target, one run at a time, I'll be making daily Yoga for Runners posts on Instagram and Facebook. Though Macmillan isn't technically a local organisation, they are doing amazing work supporting people in Barnsley who are affected by cancer.
